	Jennifer Black is a licensed REALTOR® and associate with Terry Balfour. She has been working along side Terry for the past 13 years and has a total of 15 years real estate experience. Jennifer has lived in Kelowna for over 30 years - believing that Kelowna is truly the most beautiful paradise to live in. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and works closely with Buyers and Sellers to ensure that our level of service is consistently excellent.
	Rachael Clarke joined the Balfour/Black Real Estate Team in June of 2010 as an Unlicensed Assistant. She has recently graduated from the Okanagan School of Business obtaining a business degree with a major in marketing. Her previous work experience with an associated RE/MAX team has provided her with a good working knowledge of the real estate industry. Her work experience coupled with her education is a valuable addition to our team.
