Terry has received the prestigious Diamond Club Award, Life Time Achievement Award, consecutive Platinum Club awards, Hall of Fame and Presidents Club awards, and has also been Re/Max’s #3 REALTOR® for Western Canada in 2002. 	Jennifer Black has been Terry’s Marketing Co-Ordinator for the past 12 years, with a total of 15 years real estate experience. Jennifer was raised in Kelowna, and attended Okanagan College, and graduated with a degree in office administration. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in all real estate support functions, and works closely with clients to ensure that our level of customer service is consistently excellent.
	Denise McKay is a licensed REALTOR® who joined Terry Balfour’s team in November 2006. She previously worked as a licensed assistant at RE/MAX Kelowna. Raised in the beautiful Okanagan, she attended school in Glenrosa and Westbank and graduated from George Pringle Secondary School in 2002.
